This is for roseville Douglas Blvd location. So I’ll go back to the last cut I had done with my 2 year old about a week ago and then finish with the one that happened today with my other son. I used to go to Citrus Heights and had no problems there just started going to the roseville one because it’s closer. Well first few times were great a younger crew that cut hair great and great attitudes especially savannah.now all new crew older women and very cranky to be honest. So last week my 2 year old was cut by Julie who was very rude to my wife while cutting his hair. I understand a 2 year old is not easy but she made it way more of a challenge. Told my wife this is not funny it’s serious and she had no patience with my son. She even said she has cut a lot of kids hair. I don’t think so. Anyhow the second visit now with the changes I’m definitely not coming back here. I’ll go back to Citrus Heights. So today April was very cranky with me and right from the start I got bad vibes as I could tell from her attitude she didn’t even want to be working here. So right off the bat she tells me that now they charge for putting 2 lines on the side of his head and that it will take extra 5-10 minutes really come on Citrus Heights does it in 2 minutes if that wow. Then to top it off she talk out loud with the other employees about the situation. She literally raised her voice at me when I told her is this new because they never charged extra before. I mean it’s not like the haircut is not expensive already. So I will no longer come here because the owner is not hiring the right people I mean 2 bad experiences back to back is not a good sign that the change of employees was poorly interviewed. The last employees that were here were way more friendly. To be fair and completely honest the haircuts are not nearly as good as the other employees.
